What a Chesterfield move looks like

The newer Moseley and outer-Midlothian homes are where I tell people to flag the driveway. Some sit a few hundred feet off the road, occasionally on a grade, so the carry distance matters — we measure it at the walkthrough and bake it into the flat rate so there’s no "the truck couldn’t reach" surprise on move day. Bon Air and older Midlothian streets tend to have tighter, tree-lined approaches; we stage the truck to keep the walk short.
