Can you move furniture down the narrow original stairs in Bon Air's older homes?
Yes, that's a Bon Air specialty for us. The bungalows and older brick homes here have steep, narrow original staircases and tight landings. We measure the turns, pad the stairwell, and use the right straps and dollies so the heavy pieces come down safely instead of getting forced.
Do Bon Air homes usually have basements you'll need to clear?
Many do. The older homes off Buford and Forest Hill commonly have full or partial basements that fill up over the decades. Tell us what's down there when we quote so we size the crew right and clear the basement in the same day as the rest of the house.
How do you protect old hardwood floors in a Bon Air bungalow?
