Let’s talk about your move
The fastest way to get a real number is to get my free moving quote — tell us where you’re starting, where you’re headed, and roughly what you’re moving, and we’ll put a binding flat rate in writing. No phone-tag, no vague estimates that change on moving day.
Who you’ll reach
Brianna Coles runs our front office, so she’s your contact for scheduling, billing, and certificates of insurance for buildings that require them. Roy Felton handles dispatch and the daily truck board — he’s the one confirming your crew and arrival window. If you’ve got a question about the move itself, I’m Wesley Tate, the owner, and I stay close to every job on the board.
When to reach out
If you’re moving at month-end or the first of the month, or you need a Saturday, get in touch as early as you can — those dates fill fast across the Richmond region. For a midweek move we can usually slot you in on shorter notice.
What we’ll need from you
- Your pickup and delivery addresses — and any walk-up, stairs, stoop, or parking notes
- A rough inventory or room count so we can size the truck and crew
- Your preferred date, plus a backup if you have one
- Any specialty items — piano, safe, oversized antiques — so we send the right equipment
Call our office during business hours or send your move details through the quote form, and we’ll come back with a written flat rate.
