Why this is an estimate, not a quote
Every Richmond move is a little different. A Fan District rowhouse with steep original stairs and on-street parking takes more time than a Short Pump colonial with a driveway, and a full basement and attic add up fast. Specialty items like a piano or a gun safe, the floor you’re on, and how far we have to carry all change the real cost. The calculator can’t see any of that — so treat its range as a planning tool.
